The Customer is responsible for return or exchange delivery / Shipping costs. We have a policy of same-day return, which means you must request a return within the same day of purchase to ensure that an exchange is made still within the same day of purchase.

Refund Policy

If for any reason, our case(s) does not meet your expectations, we accept refunds of the item within the same day of purchase. Contact +256 741814597 to start your refund.

Note: To begin your refund, please contact +256 741814597 once you receive the item and it doesn't meet your expectations. The refund will be processed once the approval is given. Any transfer charges will be removed from the refund to cover the transfer fee. This only applies to mobile money transfers!

To avoid disapproval of the Exchange or Refund, it is important to ensure that the item is in its original packaging and not damaged.
